Attentive staff and very quiet location, despite being in a residential area. Free bicycles proved extremely useful.
The only thing was the familiar problem of ordering tea and receiving instead a pot of hot warter and a teabag. By then the opportunity to make a decent pot of tea with boiling water has been lost.

As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with wide hallways and easy-to-navigate spaces. It was comforting to know that the hotel was designed with the comfort and convenience of older guests in mind.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff regarding activities and attractions suitable for senior people. The youngsters working there were friendly, but they seemed more focused on catering to younger guests.
